This is our Beef Stir-fry
2 heads broccoli
2 heads cauliflower
1 ginger root
2 cans green beans
1/2 bag of baby carrots
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1-2 teaspoons of fish oil
2 pounds of Beef cut into 1/2 inch pieces
Fry your beef in your skillet, add garlic, salt, ginger root (cut into thin slices), and any other seasonings that you would like.
Cut your broccoli, and cauliflower put them in a separate bowl along with carrots or anything else that you would like to add to your stir-fry.
After you beef is done cooking add your broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green beans, and anything else you would like to add to your stir-fry.
Let it simmer you do not want to cook the vegetables until they are soft you want a little crunch to them. Start cooking your rice so that it will be done about the same time as the stir-fry.
Prepare time about 30 Minutes
Feeds 5 for dinner, and with some left over for lunch the next day. It will be a hit with everyone. My children loved it. The ginger root gave it a little spice that makes it wonderful.
