Our Homemade Apple cobbler

1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla(optional)
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup milk
A pinch of cinnamon

mix flour, brown sugar, and sugar in a mixing bowl
and stir to get all the clumps out. Next, add milk, eggs, vanilla, and butter stirring well now set aside. In a medium baking pan put the fruit in the bottom of the pan spreading it out throughout the pan. By taking the mixture from earlier and pouring it over the fruit mixture in the pan spreading evenly. Preheat your oven to 350° abd cooking for around one hour or until knife comes out clean. Best if served warm.
